About Me.
Hello, my name is Marie-Louise (she/her) and I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. Having trained in Occupational therapy, Psychological therapy and somatic body based interventions as a yoga teacher whilst working in acute, secondary care, primary care NHS mental health services and charity services, I have built up lots of experience of what can support clients to move forwards in their lives. As well as drawing on experience, I feel the therapeutic relationship is also a really important factor in any successful therapy intervention and I will always be honest if I don't feel I am the right therapist for you and will do my best to signpost you to approaches or potentially other therapists, I feel may be better suited to meet your needs.

When I'm not working, I really enjoy spending quality time, having lot of laughs with family and friends, beach walks, hikes in the South downs and indulging in spicy chai teas and good quality chocolate.
